What is the A.i. Premium Single Injector?

The A.i. Premium Single Injector is a professional-grade, 6 oz aluminum soft plastic injector designed for bait makers who demand more working time, less waste, and consistent results. Built with a PTFE-lined tube and nozzle, this injector keeps your plastisol at the ideal injection temperature longer than standard injectors — so you can inject more molds per session without constantly reheating.

What makes the PTFE lining better than a standard injector?

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is a heat-resistant material that insulates the tube and nozzle, slowing heat loss from your plastisol. The PTFE-lined Premium Injector increases your productivity per injection run.

What is the 5-lead screw-lock safety nozzle?

The nozzle on the A.i. Premium Injector uses a 5-lead screw-lock design that secures the nozzle firmly during injection. This prevents the nozzle from loosening or popping off under pressure, keeping hot plastisol safely contained and giving you confident, controlled pours every time.

How much plastisol does the injector hold?

The Premium Single Injector holds 6 oz of plastisol per fill — enough to inject multiple mold cavities before needing to refill. The reduced sprue size also minimizes the amount of leftover plastic in the injector after each pour, saving you material over time.

What replacement parts are included?

Is this injector compatible with all injection molds?

Yes — the A.i. Premium Single Injector is compatible with any two-piece injection mold designed with 5/8" diameter ports (usually standard in the industry). It can also be paired with the A.i. Dual Injection Conversion Kit and another Premium Single Injector to create laminate baits with two colors simultaneously.
