Withdraw From Your Contract
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. Where your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise this right, use the withdrawal function below. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to be logged in.
How it works
- Click the "Withdraw from contract" button below.
- Enter your name, your order number, and the email address where we should send your confirmation.
- Click "Confirm withdrawal" to submit.
You will receive an automatic acknowledgment by email confirming the content of your declaration and the date and time it was submitted.
What happens next
After you withdraw, please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision — though we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
