Shipping & Returns
Important note regarding returns: It is unfortunate that some customers have taken advantage of us by ordering molds to make some baits and then ask for a refund after they have used the product. Therefore, we must maintain a strict policy to only accept returns of UNUSED products. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Labels will only be issued if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping on ONLY UNUSED items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@anglingai.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us must be received in brand new condition. Items without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on USED items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy
You may return UNUSED items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All store credit is FINAL and can not be redeemed as cash or refunded to a credit card or PayPal account.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an UNUSED item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
International Shipping
The website is set up to ship Worldwide with UPS only. Shipping charges include applicable,
brokerage, duties and taxes, and can only be calculated at time of checkout.
