ALL MOLDS ARE CUT TO ORDER

Sweetgum Order Lead time is different from our other molds. Sweetgum mold production is 5 days a week, 10 hours a day.
We will process all Sweetgum orders strictly in the chronological order they are received.

Lead Time is 3-5 Working Days for Molds. Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 5:00 A.M. - 4:00 PM EST.

Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed, please allow the listed processing time for completion. This time frame ensures that your item is crafted with care and precision to meet our high-quality standards.
  • During high-demand seasons or holiday periods, processing times may be extended. Order Lead Times will be listed on the home page of the website.

2. Shipping Time and Carriers

  • Once your order has been crafted and prepared for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Angling Ai will not be responsible for delivery times once the package has left our facility.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free Shipping may be available. Angling Ai reserves the right to select the shipping carrier in the event Free Shipping is awarded.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Information

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
  • If an address correction is required after an order has been placed, contact us at Hello@anglingai.com or 517-888-3584 as soon as possible. Address changes may affect the shipping timeline.

 

International Shipping

The website is set up to ship Worldwide with UPS only. Shipping charges include applicable,
brokerage, duties and taxes, and can only be calculated at time of checkout.
