6" Cutt Throat Shad- (Wire Harness Bait Requirements)

• 6" Cutt Throat Shad Mold - (1) Cavity with (2) Cavity Wing port
• 6" Cutt Throat Shad Lead Mold - 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, or combo mold (lead pouring required)

• Optional Cutt Throat Shad Wing Mold - (12) Cavity

This mold requires the Angling Ai 6" Cutt Throat Shad Wire Frames, and a 6" Cutt Throat Shad Lead Mold- featuring multiple weight options of 1/8 oz., 1/4 oz., and 3/8 oz. sizes.  You can use the different weight sizes to control sink rate and the depth on the retrieve.  A  (6) cavity tail mold and a (12) cavity wing mold are also available to add color to the designs of your swimbaits. The mold has a 1/4" eye, adding more realistic detail to the swimbait.

The Cutt Throat Shad swimming action provides a rhythmic thump and allows the angler to utilize a variety of retrieval speeds. The bait is best rigged with your choice of treble hook and a cotter key to help keep the hook in place.  This rigging technique allows for increased durability and extends the life of the swimbait.

We recommend injecting the mold with a hard durometer plastisol.  During testing Dead On Plastix Red Label Hard yielded our best results.

Rigging Suggestions:

• #2 Treble Hook
• #3 Split Rings
• #7 Crane Swivels
• Cotter Pin Rigging System- Place the hook into the pin and insert the pin into the bait belly. The hook will ride on the belly. When a fish strikes and is hooked, the cotter pin will slide out, increasing the durability of your bait.
