Shoots really good

Mold got to me really quick. I’ve only had it a couple days and already shot 50 or so baits with it. I use an 8oz injector and it takes most of it. Baits come out great, perfect fork tails. Really stoked!

I thought when I opened it, wow this is heavy! Then I opened it and found out why. These baits are big! My first injection wasn’t that great, because I didn’t load enough into the injector… you need at least a full 6 ounce injector for this mold. It has a huge sprue that needs a lot of plastic, be ready to keep it topped off. I really like the size of the baits, they will be awesome for Muskie fishing this spring. The mold laminates as well as most other molds that I have. You will need to work on it until you get comfortable with it, but once you get it dialed in it’s very nice to use. Recommend getting it if you have been looking at it.

The engineering of this mold is amazing. As an amateur I shot this mold in one and two colors and not once I had a reject. The best thing about this mold is that the baits are killing the ling cod and halibut. Also pike choke on them 8 inch flukes. Another killer mold from AI.

Great mold good size for large reef species.

Great bait caught seabass and halibut on it this week! Definitely have a 9oz or larger injector eats about 1/2 a cup of plastic per shot. Also takes tons of patience after a few shots the mold gets super hot!
