Ai G3 Open Pour Swimbait Mold- The Ai G3 is 3-inches in length and allows bait makers to open their creative minds. The G3 mold sides are flatter to allow better control when pouring intricate designs to take advantage of the scale pattern. The G3 also features a jawline, gill plates, and eyebrows to enhance the character at the head. 4mm eyes will help add a lifelike look and the mold features two unique fins. The tail design is thinner giving the bait a tighter tail kick swimming action. A special hook slot design allows for 3 positions to be used. Two positions produce a hook slot for a thinner or thicker top body portion to be used for swimbait hook rigging. Flipping the hook slot over creates a hook slot delete version for those wishing to use a jig head rigging with the swimbait.
Mold is shipped with one 3" Hook Slot.

The bold is really good. Was realy har at the beginning to pour the tail but after a few trys you get a hold of it ??

Another G Series Winner
I wanted a 3" hand pour bait and the G3 came out about the time I started lookin- good timing on Ai's part=) I enjoy pouring this size, the tail section is tricky, its soooo thin. I don't recommend trying to pour it if you just drank a Redbull or MD. I've tested this bait right after I molded a few and it was perfect for dropshot. I will recommend that you pour the tail (or the whole bait) with soft plastisol, I used medium and with the tiny tail, there's minimal action. I'll go as far as to say maybe Ai can have a second look at the tail, maybe the paddle could be a little bigger- Other than that, I really like it and will be ordering more.

Beautiful Eye-catching Bait
This bait has lots of detail and the all the characteristics of the bigger G series open pour molds. The first couple of attempts are challenging, but with practice you can mster the narrow tail. These make great dropshot baits & the color schemes are endless. The G Lock hook series works great with this bait as a solid body. Do a YouTube search and watch a couple of the masters pour this cavity and then go at it and create a unique bait that'll win you that local tournament! Definite Big Bass Catcher
