The hammer is my go to swimbait. Awesome tail action and great body roll. I hammer the smallmouth with this bait. Mold shoots extremely well everytime and makes perfect laminates!!! Highly recommend this mold to anyone looking for a great swimbait

Neat little bait. Has a lot of action on any retrieve speed. Works well with the tail mold. The only problem I have encountered is some (few) of the tails broke off half way between the body and the tail when placed into storage bags with dead on scent. Was fairly infrequent, but I never really diagnosed what the cause was other than it gets pretty thin at that location.

This mold shoots wonderful laminates. I see some comments about denting, but if you don't shoot crazy hot and hold pressure for a few seconds, that doesn't happen. The baits swim great with a nice tail thump even on a super slow retrieve when shot with dead on swimbait blend. I've not shot any other blends, so can't speak for a harder plastic. This bait will likely replace the 3" paddle tail shad baits I throw for white bass and hybrids.

Love the little hammer mold. Great details. I would have given it a 5, but I keep getting an indent in 1 of the baits. I'm sure it's probably my fault
